Caroline is a fully qualified personal trainer and Pilates instructor and has a broad base of knowledge from various fields of fitness.

  • Pilates Instructor and specialist – A system of exercises using specific principles to re align, strengthen and tone the body. Pilates gives remarkable results -and can help with poor posture, back pain, skeletal imbalance. As many people are now aware ( many top celebrities swear by this method ) Pilates also creates a slimmer silhouette and flattens the stomach.
  • BOSU master trainer – A unique and challenging tool used to build deep core strength and improve balance. The BOSU is a valuable training tool for beginners and elderly, as well as Olympic athletes.
  • Pilates for Golfers – is for those looking to increase club head speed and gain distance on the drive. Also for those with postural or back pain issues affecting their swing. Stott Pilates matwork exercises work on increasing focus and body awareness, isolating crucial core muscles and combining elements of strength with flexibilty.
  • Franklin movement – Caroline has trained in the Franklin Movement method to help unlock the body and allow it work as nature intended.
  • Personal trainer- Caroline uses traditional training methods – both resistance and cardiovascular to improve fitness levels and aid in client weight loss. Elements from the above exercises can be blended with traditional moves to create tailor made exercise prescriptions.

Sivananda Yoga Instructor

Trainee teacher’s uniform…

Caroline is a qualified Sivananda Yoga Instructor. She lived in an Ashram in Southern India and learnt under the ‘Gurukula’ system – where one lives, works and studies with their teacher.

Sivananda Yoga is a traditional form of Hatha Yoga, which focuses on The Five Points of Yoga – Exercise, breathing, relaxation, diet and meditation.

The asanas (physical exercise) focus on the health of the spine, its strength & flexibility, and on the internal machinery of the body, the glands and organs, as well as the muscles.

“My experience of living in the Ashram and learning yoga was probably the most amazing time of my life. Yoga is all-encompassing, and ashram life is mentally demanding. Up at 5am each day with a full schedule of lectures, 4 hours of yoga and 4 hours of meditation and chanting each day was tough – especially on two meals a day! Although fit, I struggled with the postures, until I learned how to relax and accept my limitations. Yoga has a great deal to teach us about patience, and acceptance and can have a profound effect on the stressed body and mind”.

As a commercial advertising model Caroline has featured in commercials at home and abroad, and in numerous publications and magazines.

Presenter

As a fitness presenter, Caroline has worked in live TV and studio recordings. She frequently appears on QVC presenting products from Pilates machines and treadmills to diet videos and stability trainers and has also presented for Screenshop.

Motor biker
Caroline’s love of speed and the outdoors fuels her passion for motorcycling. She has owned various bikes and has lately been enjoying a Kawasaki ZX9R.

As a professional biker/model, she has enjoyed being the female face of Harley Europe and has travelled the world riding for shoots and videos.

Caroline featured in Paul Whitehouse’s ‘Happiness’ as a Biker Chick for the BBC, and is the Wrigleys Orbit Biker Angel in their latest commercial. She has also appeared in various photo shoots and magazines as a biker.

Snowboarder
Caroline recently spent a winter season in Morzine Avoraiz snowboarding and took her usual training regime to the great French outdoors. She continued to train French clients in Pilates and other disciplines.
