My latest exciting project, a womens fitness book called Shape up! Tailor make your body shape, will be released later in the summer, and I can’t wait to see it in print!
This month we are off to Cyprus to shoot the photographs for the exercise guides. We will be staying in Paphos, and hoping for sunny weather (it was snowing there last week – not good for photo shoots!)
